一、个人简历:

    李兴鳌,男,湖北利川人。博士,教授,博士生导师。南京邮电大学材料科学与工程学院党委书记兼副院长。本科毕业于湖北大学物理学专业;硕士研究生毕业于中南民族大学等离子体物理专业;博士研究生毕业于华中科技大学材料物理与化学专业。1996年晋升为副教授,2001年晋升为教授。

    长期从事光电功能薄膜材料的制备及应用研究,对磁控溅射制备半导体薄膜、多铁性薄膜有所研究,尤其对磁控多靶反应共溅射制备掺杂薄膜有较多的研究,近年来也开始进行石墨烯的制备及应用研究、OLED、OPV电极设计与制备研究。在国内外期刊上公开发表论文80余篇,主持和参与科研项目10余项,申请专利10余项。

二、研究方向及主要成果

    目前研究方向包括:物理学、材料学、光学工程等学科领域,方向为光电信息材料与器件。

    (8)2011年南京邮电大学教学标兵;

    (9)2012年南京邮电大学教学名师;

    (10)2013年获江苏省教学成果奖一等奖一项;

    (11)2014年获江苏省高校优秀党务工作者荣誉称号;

    (12)2014年江苏省物理暨实验作品创新竞赛优秀指导教师.
